Shakti Fest is located at the Joshua Tree Lake & Campground , which is at 2601 Sunfair Road, Joshua Tree, CA 92252. While the event is often referred to as being in the Joshua Tree area, it's technically not located in Palm Springs.  SHAKTI FEST 2019
